ISG have partnered with a leading Hotel Consultancy who have a two Sales Executive positions for two of their hotels.
If you\’re a motivated salesperson who thrives on business development, connecting with clients and you have an affinity for the hospitality sector, then this is the role for you.
This role has a big emphasis in the events space. Both hotels have space for 700+ attendees so there\’s big earning potential if you\’re able to land the right clients.
The hotels are located in a thriving area with a large number of local events businesses and prospective clients, so theres plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
The sales team is well-established, and the hotel has an excellent CRM system in place. Youll have a strong pipeline to work with from day one, along with the opportunity to expand the hotel\’s existing client base even further.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Comfortable with business development and proactive outreach
- Confident in booking and attending client meetings
- Personable, friendly, and relationship-driven
- Self-motivated and target-focused
Salary & Location:
- £35,000 (with potential flexibility depending on experience)
- Quarterly commission structure
- Primarily office-based in Watford, with some flexibility to work from home at the managers discretion
