ISG Personalmanagement GmbH was founded in 1999 and is now one of the leading consulting firms in Europe. Due to steady growth and international expansion, we are looking for a committed franchise partner to establish a new branch in England in the field of personnel consulting and recruiting.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establishing and managing your own ISG branch in England
  • Expansion of the company in England with franchise partners and/or employees
  • Selling our services
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Preparing job profiles and advertisements
  • Professionally recruiting qualified candidates in a national and international environment
  • Conducting structured interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process
  • Cross-selling of other ISG services (e.g. personnel development, training, Media House)
