You will have the opportunity to influence engineering concepts, contribute to complex international projects and establish best practices across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess design and engineering: Develop and validate process designs, including heat and mass balances, equipment sizing, calculations and process documentation.Technical standards: Establish and improve engineering methodologies, calculation tools and design standards, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.Project execution: Work closely with project teams throughout the engineering and delivery process, contributing to technical decisions, assessing risks and ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions.Technical leadership: Act as a trusted technical authority, reviewing engineering work, resolving complex challenges and guiding colleagues on critical technical matters, without requiring formal people-management responsibilities.Innovation and development: Contribute to the development of new technologies and applications, including planning and evaluating trials and translating results into industrial-scale solutions.Commissioning and optimisation: Participate in the commissioning and optimisation of industrial installations internationally, troubleshooting process issues and fine-tuning operating parameters to meet customer requirements.Customer and supplier interaction: Provide technical expertise in customer discussions, project meetings, equipment acceptance procedures and collaboration with suppliers.Knowledge sharing: Strengthen the organisation's technical capabilities by mentoring engineers, sharing expertise and continuously improving internal engineering practices.RequirementsDegree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on process engineering.Solid professional experience in process design and the execution of industrial engineering projects, ideally with a background in thermal processes or related industrial technologies.Proven hands-on experience in process calculations, equipment sizing, heat and mass balances, process flow diagrams and P&IDs.Demonstrated involvement in the design, commissioning and optimisation of industrial installations.Strong technical judgement and the ability to take ownership of engineering decisions throughout project execution.Experience working in international engineering environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally as required by project needs.A collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of other engineers.Confidence using digital engineering tools and AI-supported solutions in day-to-day work.What the Company OffersA key technical role with significant influence over engineering decisions, standards and technological development.Competitive remuneration aligned with your expertise, experience and level of responsibility.Remote working within Europe, offering flexibility regarding your location.International exposure, with opportunities to contribute to challenging projects and collaborate with customers and teams worldwide.Professional growth and development, with the opportunity to expand your technical expertise and shape the future direction of engineering solutions.An innovation-driven environment that values technical excellence, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.The opportunity to make a lasting impact, helping build and strengthen the company's engineering capabilities for the long term. xbpsjku If you are interested in this challenging position we are looking forward to receiving your comprehensive application for .
