Ihre Herausforderungen
- Internationale LKW-Disposition mit Eigenfuhrpark und Charterfuhrpark und Steuerung von überwiegend internationalen Transporten
- Laufender Austausch mit Kunden und Partner sowie zu den internen Schnittstellen
- Kalkulation von Frachtpreisen, Erstellung und Verhandlung von Angeboten
- Aufbau und Pflege von strategischen Partnerschaften
- Mitarbeit in neuen Projekten und Geschäftsfeldern
Ihre überzeugenden Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/r Speditionskaufmann-/frau od. kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Dispo-Erfahrung national wie auch international
- Interesse an der Mitgestaltung von innovativen Lösungen im Bereich Thermologistik
- Freude an projektbasierter Arbeit jenseits der klassischen Dispo-Alltags
- Gute EDV- und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamplayer, Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
