About the Role:

  • Own the post-sale customer journey with enterprise clients across the UK & Ireland.
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and rollout planning of the platform.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Support customers in embedding the platform successfully into their environments and workflows.
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and platform usage.
  • Proactively identify risks and ensure successful resolution of customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and additional use cases based on customer needs.
  • Deliver technical and strategic customer sessions, including reviews and best-practice guidance.

What We're Looking For:

  • ~7+ years of professional experience in customer-facing, technical, or delivery-focused roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and technical when working with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent English is essential.
