ISG supports private and public sector organizations to transform and optimize their operational environments through research, benchmarking, consulting and managed services, with a focus on information technology, business process transformation, program management services and enterprise resource planning.

We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Graphic Design Coordinator to join our Marketing team as a full-time employee. This role will serve as the central coordinator for all incoming design requests, managing the creative services queue and determining whether tasks are handled in-house or outsourced to our design agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, capable of translating briefs, guiding agency output, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage the creative services request queue.
  • Evaluate incoming design requests and determine appropriate execution path (internal vs. agency).
  • Translate briefs for agency execution, providing clear guidance and visual references.
  • Review and approve agency deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Execute in-house design work including marketing collateral, social posts, report layouts, presentations, infographics, signage, backdrops, etc.
  • Support with special projects or campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, sales, consulting, and leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve brand consistency and creative workflow efficiency.

Required Skillsets

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in technology, consulting, or B2B environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience creating infographics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to their evolution.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and creative workflow systems is a plus.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Possess the ability to work alone or as part of a team, is a self-starter.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with time-critical deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing outsourced creative work.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Edinburgh.
