Are you passionate about driving sustainability throughout the agricultural supply chain? Our client is a leading protein processor committed to delivering responsible, sustainable food production. They are now seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead environmental, agricultural and sustainability initiatives across their farming network.
The Role
- Developing and implementing sustainability strategies across agricultural operations
- Working closely with farmers, producers and supply partners
- Driving environmental improvement initiatives and carbon reduction programmes
- Monitoring sustainability performance and reporting against key metrics
- Supporting compliance with customer, retailer and industry requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve resource efficiency and biodiversity
- Engaging stakeholders across the supply chain to deliver sustainability goals
About You
- Experience within agriculture, food manufacturing or supply chain sustainability
- Strong understanding of environmental and sustainability frameworks
- Knowledge of carbon reduction, regenerative agriculture or responsible sourcing
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for delivering measurable environmental improvements
