HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.

The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors - with project values ranging up to 1bn.

The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between 20m - 100m (total value of 1bn).

Salary & Package:

• Basic salary of 55,000 - 75,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:

• Drive a strong safety culture across contractors and stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with HSE standards and Regulatory requirements
• Carry out audits, inspections and investigations
• Provide HSE performance reporting and improvement strategies
• Advise, challenge and influence teams on site
• Close out any HSE findings or corrective actions raised

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction HSE on new build projects
• Track record on large or complex schemes
• Background with a main contractor or construction consultancy
• Strong knowledge across the full construction lifecycle
• NEBOSH qualified (essential)
• Confident, credible, not afraid to challenge
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience as a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) on high-value construction projects.
