We are looking for a Planning & Environmental Manager to join a growing Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a specialist function supporting high–profile residential, commercial and infrastructure developments nationwide.

THE ROLE

  • Lead the specialist statutory agreements function, ensuring the successful management, review and delivery of a wide range of development‑related legal agreements.
  • Work closely with planning professionals, developers, local authorities and legal teams to keep projects progressing efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage workloads and monitor progress across multiple live projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and quality assurance for junior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and document schedules throughout each project.
  • Ensure robust file management procedures and compliance with quality standards.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
