This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced email marketer to join Pulsar Group — a fast-growing SaaS business with offices in Farringdon and a flexible hybrid working culture. As Email & Campaign Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality email and campaign activity across our brands, including Pulsar, Vuelio, ResponseSource and Isentia.
Working closely with the Head of Global Marketing Campaigns and the wider global marketing team, as part of our Growth Marketing function, you’ll play an important role in shaping how we connect with prospects and customers across our different brands, markets and audiences. You’ll work across a varied programme of email communications, from product launches, webinars and events to nurture journeys and customer updates. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building and optimising campaigns, using HubSpot for email and automation, and working closely with colleagues across marketing and commercial teams to deliver activity to a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities- Build and deliver email campaigns and nurture journeys using HubSpot
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure communications are delivered on schedule
- Support the creation of email content tailored to different audiences
- Work as part of wider omnichannel campaigns, managing the email and automation side in HubSpot
- Support wider campaign activity across product updates, webinars and events
- Drive lead generation through regular campaign activity across new business and existing customers
- Keep campaign assets and templates organised across shared systems
- Track and report on campaign performance against agreed KPIs, using insights to improve future activity
- Run testing where appropriate across email and landing pages to support continuous improvement
- Report on results and share key learnings with the wider team
- Use automation and AI tools to help streamline campaign delivery and analysis
- Maintain accurate and compliant marketing data across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Support segmentation and targeting by managing lists and audience criteria
- Ensure marketing leads are created, assigned and shared with relevant teams in a timely manner
- Take shared ownership of GDPR and subject access requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with brand and commercial stakeholders to deliver campaigns smoothly
- Contribute to shared team projects, supporting busy campaign periods and key moments, including occasional events
- Share ideas and help improve how we plan and deliver email activity

Profile- 3-4 years of experience in email marketing, campaign delivery, or communications within a B2B or corporate environment
- A degree or relevant marketing qualification is preferred
- Confident in using Hubspot or similar marketing automation platform to build and deliver email communications and nurture journeys
- Hands-on experience in segmentation, targeting and CRM data management
- Able to draft and adapt email copy for different audiences, with a good eye for detail and tone
- Comfortable managing multiple campaign timelines and delivering to a high standard during busy periods
- Interested in performance optimisation, using results and insights to improve future activity
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently while collaborating closely with a wider marketing team
- An interest in SaaS or the PR, communications & marketing industries is a plus
- Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience
