Isembard is making manufacturing faster, cheaper, and greener. We machine high-precision metal parts, enabled by our proprietary software MasonOS. We serve customers in aerospace, maritime, and other critical industries. Our team has experience from the military, government, and a successfully exited technology business. We were founded in 2024, and our first factory is in London, operating in stealth. Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Content Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position Isembard as a leader in precision manufacturing.
  • Create compelling content that communicates our value proposition of high precision, speed, and cost-effectiveness to target audiences.
  • Build and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Craft messaging that resonates with decision-makers in defence, aerospace, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content showcasing MasonOS capabilities.
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage Isembard's online presence including website, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility among target customers and partners.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns for prospect nurturing and customer retention.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
  • Event Marketing & Industry Relations
    • Plan and execute participation in key industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Coordinate webinars, product demonstrations, and customer events to showcase capabilities.
    • Build relationships with industry publications and secure media coverage.
    • Develop partnership marketing initiatives with complementary businesses and suppliers.
    • Support sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials.

    About You

    • Experience & Skills
    • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or industrial technology sectors.
    • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Strong content creation skills with experience in technical writing and complex product marketing.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM platforms, and social media management.
    • Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
    • Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial processes is highly advantageous.
