Overview

I’m a friendly, down-to-earth counsellor and life coach with a broad range of experience in helping people who want change in their lives. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelming emotions, experiencing relationship or work challenges or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you.

I’m an integrated therapist which means I’m trained in a variety of counselling therapies, providing individualised support for every client.

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation before our first session which gives you a chance to share a little about what’s going on for you and I can answer any questions you have. My aim is to bring hope and optimism to your life, and with compassion and understanding, work alongside you so you can overcome your challenges now and manage your problems
