Isebrook School is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students with complex SEND, including autism, across Pathway 1 & 2 Provision. The role involves assisting learning, communication and wellbeing while working with staff to remove barriers and enable every pupil to thrive.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience with SEND, a trauma-informed and neurodivergent approach, and a commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and student voice.
