Level 2 Teaching Assistant for our Pathway 1 & 2 Provision
Salary (pro rata): E4 - 6 £25,185 - £25,989 FTE Actual salary £19,963.47 - £20,600.78 34.25 hours per week - 39 weeks per year.

The Role
- Support learning, communication and wellbeing for students with complex special educational needs, including autism and communication differences.
- You will work closely with teaching staff to remove barriers to learning, using trauma-informed approaches, and help every student feel valued, regulated and able to succeed.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEND, particularly autism
- Understands and responds to students through a trauma-informed and neurodivergent perspective
- Builds trusting, consistent and respectful relationships
- Uses curiosity to understand behaviour and individual needs
- Is committed to inclusion, wellbeing and student voice
- Is confident supporting communication, regulation and, where needed, personal care
