We are offering a varied and challenging Personal Assistant position supporting a high-profile Board member of a leading UK plc. The ideal candidate will have experience in private/lifestyle support for high net worth individuals and be capable of managing a broad range of activities, including:
- Managing multiple diaries (corporate and private) to ensure efficient use of the Chairman’s time
- Producing confidential documents and briefings
- Basic bookkeeping: preparing and tracking expenses in conjunction with the private accountant
- Arranging domestic and international travel, including private chauffeurs and air travel
- Planning hospitality and events, including dinner parties and entertainment arrangements with catering
- Supporting family logistics, including planning around school holidays
- Liaising with estate managers and domestic staff across two properties (South East UK and Monaco)
You will need:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with evidence of private support
- Fluent business French (written & spoken) to handle Monaco lifestyle arrangements
- The ability to work from the Canary Wharf HQ 4 days per week (with Friday WFH)
- A flexible attitude, positive disposition, and the ability to build relationships quickly
The role is based at the corporate headquarters in Canary Wharf, working closely with other assistants at Board/MD level. It involves a hybrid work structure of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with full corporate benefits. Working hours are 8 am – 5 pm, with flexibility as required.
