A prestigious hedge fund based in Mayfair is looking for a sharp and motivated Talent Coordinator to join its London team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. What you’ll do:
- Coordinate all elements of the talent process — scheduling, assessments, interview logistics, and multi‑time‑zone diary management.
- Own candidate communications and act as a key point of contact for applicants, external recruiters and internal teams.
- Manage data and documentation within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to the Business Development & Talent team.
- Welcome candidates onsite, managing pre‑screening and ensuring a first‑class experience.
- Assist with expenses, reporting, meeting preparation and other workflow tasks that help the team run efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with compliance teams on regulated process steps.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational ability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to handle fast‑moving priorities in a high‑pressure environment.
- Clear communication skills and strong judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word; experience with an ATS or CRM is a bonus.
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination, business development support, HR, financial services or another professional services function is advantageous.
- If you are a recent graduate, or early in your support staff career; and eager to move into the Hedge Fund space, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Note this role will be hired on a temp to perm basis, and we are looking for immediately available candidates at this time, with relevant experience.
