We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised Fluent Mandarin / Cantonese Roadshow Coordinator / Investment Team Assistant to join our clients fast-paced Corporate Access team. You will be based in an effervescent and ambitious environment. As an assistant, you will support with diary management, coordination, the execution and delivery of roadshows, supporting corporates and investors across Europe and Asia. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional client-facing communication skills, and the ability to manage complex global schedules seamlessly.
This is a pivotal role supporting senior-level Managing Directors and Partners. The successful candidate will thrive under pressure, communicate confidently across global teams, and demonstrate an outstanding ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage ever-changing diaries with precision - often working within tight time frames and small windows of opportunity.
You must have 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Roadshow Coordinator. Experience in large corporate financial services firms/investment banks is highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing senior MD and Partner diaries across multiple time zones
- Executing travel arrangements and roadshows across Europe, America and Asia
- Coordinating 1x1 and group meetings with institutional investors
- Ensuring all information within the scheduling system is accurate and current
- Keeping the team and investors fully updated ahead of and throughout the roadshows
- Handling last-minute changes calmly and efficiently, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed
- Ensuring calendar invitations are accurate and aligned across investor and corporate calendars
The ideal candidate will be:
- An exceptional communicator, confident liaising with senior stakeholders

- Highly organised with strong administrative discipline
