You will sit at the centre of the team’s day-to-day activity, gaining direct exposure to live deals, investor interactions, and portfolio work, while partnering with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The role:
- Partnering with multiple Investment Executives to manage complex, ever-changing diaries
- Coordinating deal meetings, investor interactions, and internal strategy discussions

- Supporting the preparation of materials and logistics around live transactions and portfolio activity
- Acting as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
About you:
- Two + years’ experience in Private Equity or a fast-paced, high-performance, global environment such as investment banking, asset management, or consulting
- Proven ability to operate with pace, accuracy, and strong prioritisation across multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting senior individuals in a demanding, detail-driven environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
