My client, a prestigious global investment management firm, is seeking a highly capable and intellectually agile Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and team with a UK and European remit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless, proactive support to the Managing Director and wider team, anticipating priorities and ensuring follow-through on tasks and actions.
- Take responsibility for monitoring deliverables and ensuring commitments are met.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders, client EAs, and senior contacts across the business.
- Manage complex, international diaries and travel logistics.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communications.
- Represent the MD with professionalism and discretion at all times.
