A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to join its London‑based Investor Relations (IR) team. This is a superb opportunity for someone with early‑career EA experience who has already gained exposure to IR, fundraising, roadshows, or investor‑facing workflows within private equity or another fast‑moving investment environment.

The Role
You will support multiple Investor Relations professionals, coordinating every detail of their schedules, roadshow logistics, and external interactions. This is a role with no room for mistakes, where precision, speed and exceptional organisational skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing ever‑changing diaries across time zones
- Coordinating roadshows, LP meetings, fundraising schedules and related materials
- Booking complex international travel, frequently at short notice
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems (Salesforce, DealCloud, or similar)
- Processing expenses quickly and accurately
- Liaising with internal teams and external investors with professionalism
- Preparing meeting packs, updating tracking logs, and managing follow‑ups
- Staying ahead of last‑minute changes and ensuring seamless execution of plans
This role spans logistics, administration, investor‑facing coordination and support for time‑critical IR activities.

Essential experience:
- 2+ years working as an EA or Team Assistant in a professional investment environment
- Exposure to Investor Relations, fundraising, capital‑raising, or roadshow support
