Responsibilities:- Coordinate community and volunteering programs aligned with the firm\'s global engagement strategy
- Serve as a key liaison and first point of contact for stakeholders and managing those relationships
- Support the team with planning and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
- Own all logistics: scheduling, internal communications, materials, reporting, and feedback
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve programs
- Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless execution of high-impact campaigns
- Experience in a junior program or project coordination role (ideally within a corporate setting)
- Exposure to corporate company culture and internal stakeholder dynamics
- Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and leading sessions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills — engaging, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
