An opportunity for an exceptionally organised and client-facing Executive Assistant to support on a 1:2 basis for a world-leading consultancy. You will join a large, engaged Executive Assistant community at a thriving London office, where attention to detail and discretion are highly prized.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an extremely busy and fluid executive calendar efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Full inbox management and regular liaison with C-suite-level external stakeholders.
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and briefings for executive review (excellent MS Word skills essential).
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
- Project coordination of senior-level search mandates or board development programmes to include careful upkeep of the bespoke CRM system.
- Plan and organise corporate events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coverage for clients within the office.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Executive Assistant experience at senior level, 2 of which MUST have been spent supporting in a recruitment or executive search setting.
- High attention to detail with exceptional proof-reading skills.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Degree qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience within financial services, consultancy or executive search is highly desirable.
