This is not a standard assistant role. We're looking for a driven, highly organised team assistant to be the operational backbone in this fast-paced research team. Joining this global investment firm, you will be supporting a managing director and their senior team.
You will play an active part in supporting with classic responsibilities: diary management, travel arrangements and itineraries. Your contribution will also go beyond that, with exposure to reports, deadlines and the wider rhythm of a high-performing function and their delivery of fundamental research and market insights.
You will have at least 3 - 5 years as an assistant in financial services, alternative investment or professional services. This is strongly preferred. If you have gained experience within a research team in the investment sector, this is a bonus.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end diary and calendar management for senior executives
- Coordinating complex meetings across multiple international time zones
- Arranging international travel, including flights, visas, hotels and detailed itineraries
- Supporting the team with reports, deadlines and research-related administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
