This is a rare opportunity to operate within the Executive Office, providing direct support to C-suite leaders. You must have a minimum of 3β5 years as a Team Assistant gained within the investment or professional services. You will sit at the heart of the business, liaising daily with senior Managing Directors and stakeholders across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. It's a pivotal, high-visibility role for an Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments. You will be proactive, adaptable, and relentlessly organised, with proven experience managing complex schedules and ever-changing priorities.
As the first point of contact for senior leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Executive Office runs seamlessly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of high-level international travel and logistics
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper β always one step ahead
- Supporting senior stakeholders, VPs, and MDs with administrative and operational needs
- Ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow across the executive team
- 3β5 years' experience as an Assistant within investment banking, private equity, asset management, or professional services
- Confident operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Impeccable organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

This is a -month assignment with strong potential for extension and to stay long-term within the firm. Five days per week in the office Β£ inclusive of holiday pay and paid overtime when required.
