We are seeking a professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to two Managing Directors and two Associates. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who has a high level of integrity and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel with precision.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for internal and external engagements, including portfolio company visits, tradeshows, and conferences; personal travel support may be required.
- Prepare monthly expense reports using Concur, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Draft and edit meeting materials, presentations, correspondence, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain contact databases; manage time-off entries; coordinate equipment, catering, technical support, and other logistics.
- Perform general office duties.
- Complete various document management.
- Off-hours assistance and ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Professional services experience preferred; financial services a plus.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong MS Office skills; Concur experience a plus.
- Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving ability.
