We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-driven Fluent French Team Assistant / Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience supporting with diary management in a fast-paced and professional environment. As part of a collaborative and close-knit team, you’ll provide essential support to Associates and Managing Directors. You’ll master the art of seamless coordination, confident communication, and proactive problem-solving, all while building strong relationships with global stakeholders across London, Europe, and the U.S.

Your day-to-day will be varied:
- Manage calendars for busy bankers (Associate level and above)
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Organise international and domestic travel with flair
- Handle expenses, invoices, and admin tasks
- Help with team queries and pitch in where needed
- Provide phone and holiday coverage when needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in an assistant or coordinator – This is a MUST as you need to be experienced with managing diaries
