Are you a highly driven, proactive and tech-savvy Team Assistant with an interest in venture capital and investor relations? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to support a highly dynamic and close-knit team of market leaders at a boutique VC firm based in Central London, where innovation meets impact.
As Team Assistant you will support the partners across their day to day admin support but also be a pivotal part of the Investor Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, helping drive operational excellence and investor engagement and really building your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Partners (diary management, travel, meeting coordination)
- Assist in preparing investor reports, financial summaries, and ESG documentation
- Conduct market and investor research to support fundraising and portfolio strategy
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and visual content using Canva
- Maintain and update investor CRM systems, logs, and data trackers
- Support with event coordination and investor communications
- Collaborate across the wider team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 yearsβ experience in a team assistant role, ideally with some corporate exposure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and modern productivity tools
- Education to degree level
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning
- Interest in venture capital, startups, and ESG is a plus
- A real interest in developing your career in investor relations as the team continues to grow.
