Are you an exceptional Team Assistant – ambitious for an opportunity to develop, and gain strong experience in a leading, global Investment firm? Responsibilities include:
- Heavy diary management (MD & Partner level) – with meetings & calls across multiple time zones.
- Regularly resolving issues with last minute changes and clashes.
- High volume inbox and call management - relaying all information in a timely manner, with exceptional communication.
- Complex international travel itineraries, flights, and visas – monitoring, and creating solutions for last minute changes on the go.
- Expense management and preparation.
- Relaying information to the team in an efficient manner.
- Additional adhoc duties as required, to support the team, whilst upkeeping all other tasks.
- Providing cover for colleagues as and when needed.
