Responsibilities:
- Coordinate community and volunteering programs aligned with the firm\’s global engagement strategy
- Serve as a key liaison and first point of contact for stakeholders and managing those relationships
- Support the team with planning and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
- Own all logistics: scheduling, internal comms, materials, reporting and feedback
- Analyse data and provide insights to improve programs
- Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless execution of high-impact campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a junior program or project coordination role (ideally within a corporate setting)
- Exposure to corporate company culture and internal stakeholder dynamics
- Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and leading sessions
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills — engaging, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
The Details:
- 12-month full-time temporary assignment with real potential to extend or a potential to transition to a long-term role if you impress – plus many opportunities within the firm
- 5 days a week in office
- £160 – 200 per day (including holiday pay)
