An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive immediately available Executive Assistant to join a leading private equity firm on a temporary basis. This is a fast-paced, high-performance environment, ideal for an experienced EA who thrives under pressure and enjoys working at the highest level of executive support. Supporting a small but influential team, including the Head, MDs, and C-suite executives, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations. Beyond core administrative tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, adding real value to the team. This is also a client-facing position, requiring confident communication with high-profile clients across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex schedules, prioritising appointments, and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Organising international travel and ensuring seamless itineraries

Requirements
- 5 - 8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within private equity or the investment sector (this is essential)
