ISE Partners is delighted to be working with one of the industry's most respected and well-established investment firms to find an exceptional EA to cover a 12-month maternity contract.
This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class team in stunning Mayfair offices, supporting their CEO, a Senior Vice President in Investor Relations, and a Senior Associate within their Strategy Resource Group. The firm is known for its impeccable retention, outstanding culture of care (both financial and emotional), and global presence across six offices worldwide — including a team of around 100 in London.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing seamless support to senior stakeholders
- Handling complex diary management
- Coordinating high-volume travel
- Managing confidential correspondence
- Leading end-to-end diary and meeting management across time zones
- Booking extensive international travel and itineraries – private air experience a plus
- Preparing presentation decks, reports, meeting briefs, and minutes
- Managing expenses via Concur and maintaining accurate records
- Handling sensitive and confidential material with the utmost discretion
- Liaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Playing an integral role in maintaining the high-functioning, collaborative EA team dynamic
- Offering occasional off-hours support when required
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a natural problem solver and master organiser – cool under pressure and proactive in nature. Ideally, you’ll have experience working within Private Equity or a similar alternative investment environment, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-performing setting. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with:
- Previous experience as a senior EA, ideally within PE, financial services or Investment Banking
- Degree-educated with strong A-levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- First-class attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Strong tech skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Concur
- A discreet, calm and confident manner
What’s On Offer
- Base Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
- Completion Bonus: Paid at the end of the contract
