We’re looking for a recruiter with proven in-house experience to join the EMEA Human Capital Management team of a leading Private Equity firm, where you’ll drive full-cycle recruitment strategies and help shape the future of the workforce.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is unafraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, and enjoys connecting top talent with exceptional career opportunities.
What you will be doing:
- Working closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Identifying, attracting, and assessing candidates across various levels
- Managing the hiring process from initial screening to offer stage
- Using market insights and data to refine recruitment approaches
- Building a strong and diverse talent network for future hiring needs
Note at times support may be needed with interview coordination / administration, which you will need to approach with a positive attitude – this role requires a true team spirit to fit in.
What you need to be able to demonstrate:
- At least three years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (In-house experience is non-negotiable here)
- A track record of successfully sourcing niche talent via LinkedIn and other channels
- Strong ability to guide and influence hiring decisions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Understanding of talent trends in the UK and across Europe (Financial Services experience is highly advantageous)
