Are you a Team Assistant looking to embark on a rewarding and developing journey within the investment sector?As an assistant, you will be based within an effervescent and collaborative environment working to support Associates, Junior Managing Directors and Partner level. You will play a vital and efficient role ensuring the smooth running of their day to day lives. Joining London\’s most dynamic investment firms, you will be part of a firm that will support, hone and further your development to become a top assistant. You will be an individual who is highly organised, proactive, and client facing in their communication. You must have 2 – 4 years of experience as an assistant, ideally within the investment sector, or professional services. If you have also been part of a mid-size and fast-paced company that requires you to be one step ahead, please do apply.Duties include, but are not limited to:Extensive calendar management and ad-hoc support for the wider teamCoordinating and scheduling meetings and callsOrganising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodationProviding support for colleagues when neededExpense management You will be a confident and personable Team Assistant who is motivated to be part of a prestigious firm working with high-achieving individuals. Requirements:You must have a minimum 2 years or more as an assistant, ideally within the investment sector or professional servicesExcellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detailAn understanding of heavy diary management and schedulingNote: This position is 6 months, with the expectation that you will be extended (based on performance), overall completing a 12 month opportunity.
