Are you a proactive, detail-driven Executive Assistant with experience in investor relations, events, and analytics? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to take your next step in a role delivering high-profile IR activity across the Middle East and the Americas?
We’re hiring for a 6-month maternity cover (with potential to extend) for an experienced EA to support a leading Investor Relations team based in the UAE. You’ll be based in the London office, working closely with the Executive Assistant in Abu Dhabi to deliver seamless support across investor roadshows, events, and data management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting investor roadshows and events across multiple regions
- Managing DealCloud
- Coordinating logistics for high-impact IR initiatives
- Liaising with vendors and assisting with light office management tasks for the UAE office
- Collaborating with the EA in Abu Dhabi (who handles diary and expenses)
What We’re Looking For:
- A go-getter with strong initiative and ownership mindset
- Experience in DealCloud or Salesforce within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong events and roadshow experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel to Abu Dhabi for key events
- Available to start ASAP
