Our client, a global Investment Management firm, with offices across the world, is looking for an exceptional Team Assistant, with experience gained either within investment, private equity or management consultancy firms.
This is a demanding and fast-paced role, supporting at Principal level, with a wider team. Organising their schedules over time zones, often with multiple changes and back-to-back meetings and international travel, you must be accustomed to a high demand, high expectation workload.
This role presents a rare opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, successful environment to move into this world-leading investment firm. Working within their London office (West End), of circa 300 people, the company has a global reach with offices in multiple countries. You will become part of a collaborative, driven, highly successful firm, with ambitious growth plans.
As a hybrid working position, you'll spend four days in the office and one day working from home, creating a balance to your workweek. We are keen to hear from Assistants with experience in Private Equity, Management Consultancy, Investment Banking, Investment Management, or similar fast-paced, high expectation, international industry sectors. Additionally, you will be part of the firm’s Assistant group, giving you the Assistant network and support within the firm. In this role, you'll support in tandem with fellow Assistants, and utilise your exceptional organisational skills to navigate a demanding schedule. From coordinating meetings across various time zones to crafting intricate travel plans and detailed itineraries, your proactive approach will be instrumental in achieving success. Moreover, you'll engage with senior internal and external executives, honing your interpersonal skills over the phone and in person.
To be considered for this opportunity, prior experience as an Assistant within Alternative Investments, Consultancy or Investment Banking is crucial.
