As a Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting senior management, including MDs, Partners and Associates. You’ll be the person who keeps the team moving smoothly, staying organised, proactive, and always one step ahead. To hit the ground running, you’ll need experience managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and juggling meetings across multiple time zones. This team thrives on energy, positivity, and collaboration. They’re looking for someone personable, confident, and eager to contribute – someone who enjoys variety, embraces different working styles, and is happy to pitch in wherever needed. If you have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant within professional services – ideally investment or financial services, or even a fast-paced environment – we’d love to hear from you!
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating complex internal and external meetings for a large, fast-moving team
- Arranging international travel and managing related expenses
- Communicating with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Supporting general admin tasks, ad-hoc projects, and wider team events
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of Assistant experience, ideally in investment or professional services

This is a 12-month full-time role, fully office-based (5 days a week), with the possibility of extension and being made permanent depending on performance and business needs. £23 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay.
