Job Description
A stunning Soul Receptionist role based in Chelsea is ideal for a Finance and Investment Receptionist with 3-5 years direct of Front-of-House experience in boutique and prestigious investment settings.

\\nPerfect for a naturally gracious, warm and interested caring hands-on knowledgeable receptionist who lets their personality shine.

\\nBased in a salubrious setting of stylish offices in the heart of Sloane Square you will be running the boutique investment firm’s prestigious reception and giving a 5-star service and assisting with facilities co-ordination.

\\nYou will be responsible for meeting and classically greeting VIPs and UHNWs, taking coats and luggage, and booking and managing meeting rooms. Setting up and cleaning down and preparing for the next guests. Taking and creating light refreshment orders and above all giving the guests the very best impression and a reason to invest and return.

\\nAlongside this, you will have office assistant and junior EA duties from maintaining the stationery to stocking and ordering kitchen and snack bar supplies along with EA duties such as booking travel, hotels and accommodation. Organising contractor and supplier visits and reviewing their service.
