The Role
You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, ensuring the office runs smoothly day‑to‑day. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy reception desk – answering and screening calls with professionalism
- Coordinating daily visitor lists and issuing office passes
- Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are set up to a high standard
- Organising internal meetings, business lunches and refreshments
- Managing pantry supplies and maintaining a tidy, presentable office environment
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
- Supporting with general administration – printing, scanning, binding and document prep
- Managing stationery orders and office supplies
- Assisting visiting colleagues and ensuring a smooth in‑office experience
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a corporate office environment (financial services exposure beneficial)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Bright, polished and clearly spoken with a strong service ethic
- Professional, articulate and confident communicator
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- A natural team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
