We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private PA with staff management experience, to support an UHNW family in West London. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, hands-on role, enjoys working closely with people, and has the skills to manage a full household operation seamlessly.

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the household staff team, including nannies, housekeepers, chefs, and other support personnel, ensuring a positive and productive working environment. You will manage personal appointments, global travel arrangements, luxury holidays, family schedules, children’s schools and activities, and research/purchasing of gifts, items and products.

You will also take responsibility for preparing and organising events, private dinners, entertaining at the residences, and arranging birthday parties/children's events.

This role requires presence in the London office from Monday to Friday, with availability 24/7 though you will not always be actively working during off-hours. There will be some travel required, specifically within France. French language skills are a plus.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Private PA and/or Household Manager, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships across the household team. You must be discreet, proactive, and adaptable, with the confidence to liaise with external parties, senior stakeholders, and service providers.

You will need to be flexible, highly professional, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and supportive presence within the household.
