Team Assistant Role Overview
We are looking for an approachable, organised and proactive Team Assistant to join our support team. This is a varied role supporting 4-6 junior deal team members while also helping with reception, office support, events, systems and ad hoc tasks. It would suit someone keen to learn and develop within a professional environment, with a flexible and willing to muck in attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to 4-6 junior deal team members including diary management and travel.
- Process expenses accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate and order the weekly team lunch.
- Assist with printing, binding, document preparation and other administrative tasks.
- Run errands and provide practical support as required.
- Provide reception cover when Office Manager is absent.
Systems, CRM & IT Support
- Keep CRM records up to date and assist with routine data maintenance.
- Support equipment ordering & setup for team members.
- Assist colleagues with straightforward day to day IT issues.
Events & Team Projects
- Support the wider support team with internal and external events, projects and team initiatives.
- Provide practical event support including preparation, materials, logistics and on the day assistance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the support team and provide cover where needed.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and a reliable, accurate approach to administrative tasks.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems, including CRM platforms and AI.
- Clear and professional communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.
- Previous administrative, Team Assistant or reception experience would be helpful, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
