We are recruiting an EA to support three senior investment professionals within a leading, globally respected private equity environment. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with high-calibre, partner-level executives and their wider team, providing proactive, autonomous support that goes beyond traditional diary management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide seamless, high-level EA support to three Heads/Portfolio Managers, anticipating needs and driving initiatives forward.
- Act as the central point of contact for the team, helping to “glue” the group together, organise small celebrations, and foster team morale.
- Own ad-hoc projects and administrative processes, finding solutions before issues arise.
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and act as a trusted gatekeeper.
- Work autonomously, making sound decisions, optimising processes, and continuously improving efficiency.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced EA or Executive Support professional with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Able to handle ambiguity and make judgment calls independently.
