A leading global private equity firm, headquartered in the U.S., is seeking a Temp‑to‑Perm Executive Assistant to support one of its most successful and high‑performing funds, that focuses on technology.
About the Role:
You’ll be the linchpin for a busy team of six+ investment professionals, including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates. This is a traditional, high‑volume EA role where your ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate international travel, and handle sensitive documentation will be essential to the team’s success. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple requests, prioritising, and pushing back as needed to ensure everything can run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple executive calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Organise extensive international travel via a corporate travel agent
- Prepare and track expense reports and travel logs (dealing with backlogs initially - concur)
- Create and format documents in Word and PowerPoint
- Liaise across UK, European, and U.S. offices to manage approvals and documentation
- Provide general administrative support with a high level of discretion
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an EA in investment, finance, or fast‑paced corporate environments
