A charming and professional family based in Notting Hill are seeking a fluent French-speaking Private Assistant to support with a variety of personal and household administrative duties. Working closely alongside a French-speaking Business EA, this role will involve helping to manage the day-to-day organisation of the household while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The position offers flexibility with some remote working, alongside weekly in-person catch-ups at the family home to review priorities, diaries, tasks and upcoming plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Household diary management and coordination
- Managing school schedules and rota planning
- Coordinating pet care and related arrangements
- Assisting with renovation projects and liaising with architects and contractors
- Booking holidays, organising travel and obtaining visas
- Managing household bills and contractor payments
- Running occasional errands, which may include the occasional school pick-up
