Team Executive Assistant – Global Investment Team

Location: The West End, London

Salary: Β£50,000 – Β£60,000, plus benefits

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Administration: Manage complex meeting scheduling, conference registration, travel coordination (including visas), and expenses.
  2. Personal Assistance: Provide diary management and PA support to senior investment team members.
  3. Investment Research Support: Assist with simple company research and information gathering.
  4. Project Work: Contribute to ad-hoc projects and drive improvements in team efficiency.
  5. Front of House Support: Occasionally cover reception duties when needed.

About You:

  1. A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
  2. Able to learn and adapt to financial and technical terminology quickly.
  3. A problem solver who anticipates challenges and stays two steps ahead.
