We are recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a high-performing, intellectually rigorous investment environment. This is a role for someone who is polished, warm, and relationship-driven — yet commercially tough, resilient, and unflappable when operating at pace. You’ll be working at the heart of the business, partnering closely with senior executives and acting as a trusted extension of them internally and externally. This is not a traditional EA role; it requires judgement, curiosity, and the confidence to operate credibly with senior clients when required.
Profile
You will bring 5–15 years’ experience gained within Consultancy or Investment / Financial Services, with a proven track record of long, solid tenures (typically 5-year blocks or more) demonstrating loyalty, commitment, and depth. You are intellectually curious, engaged with current affairs, markets, and global events, and capable of holding your own in a senior client meeting if needed. You will also have a strong understanding of Financial Services, including how different sectors operate — with particular exposure to stock-picking environments and private equity.
Key Attributes
- Polished, personable, and emotionally intelligent, with the resilience to operate in demanding environments
- Deeply invested in the firm’s mission, leadership, and culture — someone who genuinely buys into the vision
- Commercially aware and highly discreet, with excellent judgement
- Confident communicator who can represent senior leadership professionally
Skills & Interests
- Advanced EA experience supporting senior executives
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technology, including tools such as ChatGPT
- Comfortable with investment research, project management, and improving processes
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused — always thinking one step ahead
- Bonus: interest or experience in building websites, automation, or digital tools
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for a career EA who wants to be truly embedded in a business, intellectually stimulated by the work, and valued as a strategic partner rather than purely administrative support. If you are ambitious, loyal, commercially sharp, and excited by the intersection of finance, technology, and leadership, this role offers long-term scope and meaningful impact.
