An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to provide seamless 1:1 support to a senior board-level executive at one of the world’s most prestigious investment management firms. This is a role for an astute, driven, and strategic EA who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced global environment.
Please note this is a maternity contract position for 12-18 months.
As the trusted right hand to this senior executive, you will play an instrumental role in managing his office, ensuring flawless coordination across global time zones and high-profile stakeholders. This is an opportunity to operate at the highest level, managing relationships, driving efficiency, and acting on his behalf in key interactions.
- Seamless diary management, high-level correspondence handling, and executive office coordination
- Flawlessly manage extensive diary scheduling, cross-time zone meeting arrangements

Experience required:
