Rare opportunity to support at Founder-level (Business & Private). The ideal candidate will be accustomed to providing top-level assistance for high level executives in the investment sector. You should be well-organised, disciplined yet flexible in your approach to solving problems in an entrepreneurial office environment and be able to commit to a 5 days in office presence. You are comfortable in a setting where expectations are high and where you will often receive direct feedback on your work. You will be able to draft complex documents and support the Founder with necessary meeting preparations with minimal guidance so the ability to self-manage work autonomously is key in this fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Superior calendar management across time zones (business and private)
  • Aid Founder in preparing for complex meetings
  • Fully managing a high traffic inbox and responding to emails, invitations and document requests on behalf of Founder
  • Planning complex, multi-leg travel itineraries and accommodation (business and private)
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for Founder and other Partners where required
  • Coordinating multiple relationships with senior advisors, private bankers, property agents and lawyers on behalf of Founder
  • Ability to take on ad-hoc projects in support of the wider firm's growth objectives (e.g. supporting senior level hiring or being involved in supplier decision making)

Essential qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of stable investment sector exposure supporting at Partner/Managing Partner level (strong evidence of 360 degree business AND private support)
  • Experience of managing private logistics (travel, holidays, property)
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills and problem solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
