Our client is looking for an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support an impressive Founder/CEO of a global business services company, operating across Europe, Asia and the Americas. This is a high-level, fast-paced role in the Executive Office of an incredibly successful firm with an impressive global presence. To succeed, you will have exceptional EA experience at Founder/Board level, managing a complex international schedule with high-profile stakeholders, delivering an institutional level of support within a boutique environment.
Responsibilities
- Extensive and dynamic diary management across business and private matters
- Complex travel coordination (UK & international)
- Senior-level administrative and operational support
- Liaison with internal teams and external advisers
- Flexibility to support the wider office as required, to ensure standards and operations run smoothly
- Ad hoc private, family and project-based support
Qualifications
- Significant, stable experience as an EA supporting Founder or Board-level executives
- A calm, proactive and detail-driven approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with discretion at all times
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
- Flexibility to work outside core hours when required
- Experience in both structured and entrepreneurial environments preferred
- Additional languages (French and/or Spanish) beneficial
To be considered for this opportunity you must have the required senior level EA experience operating at CEO level, with impeccable personal presentation and executive communication skills.
