If so, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing, people first business where you’ll make a real impact.
We are seeking a Client Service Manager to join a Portfolio Management team, supporting a group of successful and dynamic Investment Managers who work closely with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). Manage diaries, book travel, and process expenses for Investment Managers. Handle payment instructions following necessary verification checks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree educated, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a client-facing administrative role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills—professional, confident, and proactive.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team player with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
