Graduate Opportunity: Client Service Manager – Investment Management
Location: Mayfair, London (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + Excellent Benefits + Social Perks

We’re working with a prestigious Mayfair-based investment management firm to find a high-potential Client Service Manager to support a team of talented Portfolio Managers. The Role

You’ll be joining a high-performing team, supporting Investment Managers who work closely with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). This role is both client-facing and operational. No two days will be the same. You’ll build trusted client relationships, help manage key compliance processes, and provide top-tier support to your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for valued clients and intermediaries
  • Managing KYC, onboarding and suitability reviews
  • Preparing detailed fund and valuation reports ahead of client meetings
  • Supporting Investment Managers with diary management, meeting packs and travel
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • A 2:1 or First-Class degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • At least one year’s experience in investment operations, client service, or administration, internships or graduate schemes welcome
  • Demonstrable interest in investment and wealth management, CISI study or similar is a plus
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach
